Working backwards from your season: to have your box for the autumn careers fair season, your filming day needs to be booked by mid-September. We film a limited number of days a month, and they go in order.

We look after the box. You just open it.
- Nobody at your end needs to be technical. New videos, new features, new tools arrive on your headsets over the air. You don't update anything.
- Nobody wanders off into a shooting game on your stand. Headsets stay locked to exactly what you choose, which is what makes them safe to hand to a fifteen-year-old.
- You always know how it's being used. Every time the headsets touch the internet they report back.

If you stop, you keep everything
Walk away after your free period and the box, the headsets, the films and your app are still yours. They stay exactly as they are, no new videos, no new features, no remote management. Nothing gets switched off and nothing gets taken back.

What happens between users? Fifty people, one headset.
Every box ships with wipeable covers and a cleaning kit, and we show your team the thirty-second turnaround on Launch Day. In practice the headset goes back on within seconds.
We're putting these on under-18s.
Headsets are locked to your content only, they can't reach anything else. Nothing is recorded, and no personal data leaves the headset; usage reporting counts views, not people. Meta's own guidance is 13+, and we'll walk your safeguarding lead through it before your first event.
One gets dropped at a fair. Then what?
Replacement headsets are available at cost. Contact us for the exact turnaround and current replacement price, we keep spare units in stock so a single headset never stops your event.
The venue's wifi is hopeless.
It doesn't matter. Every box has its own router, and the films play from the headsets, not the cloud. A JobBox works in a school hall, a marquee or a corridor with no signal at all.
Who charges them, and how long do they last?
The branded case charges the whole kit at once, plug in one cable overnight. The headsets run a full day of events on a charge, and you can run them plugged in at a stand all day.
Do we need someone technical to run it?
No. If you can open a lid and hand someone a headset, you can run a JobBox. Everything else happens remotely, at our end.
