Employer branding and recruitment video

Recruitment video nobody scrolls past.

Most employer brand films get 12 seconds of attention on a phone. Ours get four minutes with a headset on, because the viewer is standing in the room. Same crew, same budget conversation, completely different result.

Filmed by our own crew, no agency middle layer

The honest bit

Flat video is competing with everything else on the phone.

You have great people and a genuinely interesting workplace. The problem is the format you are asking candidates to look at it through.

01

It looks like an advert

Polished voiceover and drone shots signal marketing. Candid 360 with real staff signals honesty, and honesty converts.

02

It gets skipped

On a feed you are one thumb flick from oblivion. In a headset there is nothing else to look at.

03

It ages badly

A campaign film is spent after a season. A 360 library of your roles keeps working at every event, school visit and open day.

How it works

One shoot, two formats, years of use.

We are a film crew first. Over ten years of interviewing and videography, and our repeat clients are the track record.

  1. 01

    Brief and scoping day

We visit before we film, agree locations and shots, capture 360 stills of the space and book the shoot around your operation.

  2. 02

    Filming day

Site induction, a short brief so your people relax, then candid capture and seated interviews. One to five days depending on scope.

  3. 03

Review in 2D, then in VR

You approve drafts flat first, then experience the finished immersive cut on your own headsets at install.

  4. 04

    You keep the assets

Films go on your boxes, and we can supply flat cuts for careers pages and social from the same shoot.

Proof

"The CEO absolutely loved it. Thank you."

Dawood Ibtehsam, McDonald's

We filmed real crew members in a working restaurant, kitchen included, and it became the film McDonald's showed at the top of the business.

Questions we get asked

Can you film in a live operation?

Yes. Most of our work is in working restaurants, hospitals, labs and industrial sites. We induct, we stay out of the way, and we shoot around you.

Do we need to script it?

Only if you want to. Our default is candid and unscripted, which is why the films feel like real people rather than a corporate video.

Why does 360 take longer than normal video?

The camera behaves like a pair of eyes, so stability and comfort matter. That means more setups and more care on site than flat videography.

Can we see examples first?

That is exactly what a demo is. We bring headsets and you watch work we have made for other clients.

Let us show you the work before you commit to any of it.

Book a demo, put a headset on, and judge the films the way your candidates will.
