Terms of Sale

These terms apply between JobBox ("we", "us"), The Garden Office, 15 Buckingham Way, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 0RJ, company number 16120379, and the client organisation placing the order ("you").

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. The website is an invitation to treat. Orders are placed by enquiry, followed by a written proposal from us and a signed order form from you. No contract is formed on the website.

All prices shown are in GBP. JobBox is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on the prices shown. Prices on the website are indicative and are confirmed in the written proposal.

Payment terms are as stated in your proposal and on our invoices.

Standard delivery is 6 to 8 weeks. Hardware delivery is subject to stock availability and supplier lead times.

• Billed monthly per headset at the rate for your kit size
• Included free for a period set by your package: 6 months with Discover, 12 months with Experience, 24 months with Immerse
• Cancellable at any time once the free period has ended
• On cancellation you keep the hardware, the case and the app, which remain functional but no longer receive updates, new content or remote management

The manufacturer's warranty applies to the headsets. While your JobBox+ subscription is active, we handle warranty coordination on your behalf.

Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
